Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At Irish Pharmaceuticals, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and healthcare products, we maintain strict return and refund guidelines to ensure product safety and quality.
Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. After 7 days, we are unable to offer a refund, replacement, or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or replacement:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The item must be in the same condition as received.
- A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required.
- Products must not be tampered with or damaged after delivery.
Non-Returnable Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Prescription medicines
- Opened or used pharmaceutical products
- Healthcare and personal care products
- Temperature-sensitive medicines
- Medical devices once opened
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Products
If you receive a damaged product, incorrect item, or missing item from your order, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Product images
- Unboxing video (if available)
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your card issuer or bank, as processing times may vary.
- If the issue still persists, contact our support team.
Exchange Policy
We replace products only if they are:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective
- Incorrectly delivered
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the error was from our side.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
